Location  

The City of Blythe Utility Billing Department is located at the south entrance of City Hall.

Normal business hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, closed on Holidays. 

The city provides the following utility service:

• Water Meter
• Water Consumption
• SRF Loan
• Sewer
• Waste Water
• Sanitation
• County Landfill

Payment Options:   

  Mail In

• Please use the self-addressed envelope enclosed with your bill to mail in your payment. Check and money order payments only, made payable to 'City of Blythe'. No Cash.

  Drop Box

• The payment drop box is located outside the south entrance of City Hall. Check and money order payments only, made payable to 'City of Blythe'. No Cash. Drop box payments are removed and posted to the account on the following business day.

  Pay In Person

• Payment can be made in person at the Utility Department located at the south entrance of City Hall. Cash, check, money order, and credit/debit card payments.

  Online

• Payment can be made ONLINE, powered by Paymentus. E-check and credit/debit card payments. There is a $2.95 processing fee per transaction with a $500.00 maximum allowed amount per transaction. 

  Over the phone

• Payment can be made over the phone by calling (855) 385-8434, powered by Paymentus. E-check and credit/debit card payments. There is a $2.95 processing fee per transaction with a $500.00 maximum allowed amount per transaction.
