The City of Blythe will accept Commercial Cannabis Business Permit Applications on an on-going basis for Cultivation, Manufacturing and Testing Labs.
The Blythe City Council will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting of December 14, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 235 North Broadway, Blythe, CA 92225. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposal by MT Construction for:
Conditional Use Permit 2111-001 – Being a request to allow for the remodel of a vacant hotel into use as an apartment complex.
The proposed development site is located at 545 E. Hobsonway.
The Blythe City Council will consider the adoption of a Notice of Exemption for the Colorado River Holdings Cannabis project located at 2881 W. Hobsonway during a public hearing at their regularly scheduled Council meeting on December 14, 2021. The meeting begins at 6:00pm in the Council Chamber at City hall.
Proposals for the 6th Cycle Housing Element Update will be received from qualified firms to provide planning services related to the City’s Housing Element Update. Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received at the City of Blythe, Office of the City Clerk, 235 N. Broadway, Blythe, CA 92225 until 2:00pm on Thursday, January 20, 2022.
The City will receive questions concerning the Request for Proposal via email to City Clerk Mallory Crecelius at firstname.lastname@example.org until Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 4:00pm. The City will respond to questions by Thursday, January 6, 2022.
