The City of Blythe seeks written proposals from civil engineering consultants who have performed similar services for the City or other agencies to perform design services for the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a street rehabilitation project within the City of Blythe. The proposed street rehabilitation project will include the following:

Murphy Street from North Main Street to North Third Street.

North First street from Chanslorway to Hobsonway.

The city considered the following improvements to estimate construction costs for the project location: 

1. Overlay rehabilitation of the identified street segments.
2. Replace all water valves along the stretch of Murphy Street
3. Any Fire Hydrant located at the middle of walkways should be moved to the edge of the walkway.
