You must fill out a Request for Public Records which can be obtained from the City Clerk or online. Upon receipt of a request the City will determine within 10 working days if the records are available to the public. A rate of .30 cents per page, for hard copies, and/or .10 cents per page for electronic copies, is payable in advance of preparation of the documents.
