   Many of the forty residents are elderly and disabled. No one has a car and we are in the middle of an epidemic which makes bus travel dangerous and a four hour experience round trip. Dominoes is the only delivery service available BUT WILL NOT DELIVER TO RIPLEY. Same distance to Mesa Verde to which they do deliver. We are in need please consider changing delivery restrictions as an emergency measure

   Desert Rose is an isolated community where nearly everyone has a dog for protection but NONE ARE SPAYED. The city council passed leash laws to deal with the excessive stray dog population which have failed. Animal controll is here all the time. No one has a car and the bus won't take dogs SO a clinic would really help, County could provide transportation
