   Change and enhance the Hobson Way main drag, bring back the mom and pop shops and change décor along the main drag. Bring in LED/Solar lights and create rock setting park benches, repaint the front and of the shops. Change parking to parallel parking side by side, this may create traffic but its traffic that would benefit local shops to get more revenue. Local residents and businesses can adopt a section and give back to the community and receive a tax break for doing so~ Just a suggestion :)

Blythe needs new neighborhoods build with energy efficient houses for sale. There is a shortage of homes in Blythe for sale.

   Why is this project slowing down? Great opportunity to beautify a prominent corner and running into red tape? This is what the cannabis initiative was all about. Award the dispensary license to those that plan on improving land or old buildings. We know that was a bait and switch in some cases but Have a Heart is living up to their promise, city should too. If not a city hold up on this I apologize but that's the perception.
