The City and consultant, The Holt Group have engaged in the City's 6th Cycle Housing Element. 

The Housing Element is state mandated, requiring all local governments, such as Blythe, to adequately plan to meet the housing needs of everyone in the Community. Through a fair share regional allocation process, the City of Blythe has been allocated 494 units to be achieved in the 2021-2029 planning period. 

Public input is highly important in the Housing Element Update Process. We ask for your help in completing the survey by clicking on the Questionnaires link below.
