The City of Blythe will accept Commercial Cannabis Business Permit Applications on an on-going basis for Cultivation, Manufacturing and Testing Labs.
The project includes but is not limited to mobilization, Installing new Bus Shelters on multiple locations within the City of Blythe, Installation of a new shade structure, modification of fences and gates, and installation of solar lights at the Palo Verde Valley Transit Agency (415 N Main St, Blythe, CA 92225), Reconstruction of existing parking lot and walking path, installation of solar lights, and LED upgrade of the existing ball park lighting at Miller Park (501 S Lovekin Blvd, Blythe, CA 92225), and Construction of new Restroom Building , CMU Block Wall, solar lights, and modification of fences and gates at the City of Blythe Public Works Yard (505 W 14th Ave, Blythe, CA 92225).
The project consists of, but is not limited to the removal of the EVCS power from 125 West Murphy Street Blythe, CA 92225 and to supply the EVCS with power from 235 North Broadway Blythe, CA 92225.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting and job walk at 10am on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. The Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00am in the Multi-Purpose Room in City Hall located at 235 N. Broadway Blythe, CA 92225 and will be followed by an on-site Job Walk.

Responses to all questions received, including questions from the Prebid Meeting will be issued via an addendum posted to the City’s website by Thursday, February 22, 2023.
