The City of Blythe is announcing the start of the application cycles for the 2018-2019 Urban County CDBG program.. These Federally-funded programs are used by the City to provide decent housing, a suitable living environment, and the expansion of economic opportunities principally for persons and families with low-incomes.
Application will only be accepted from 501 (c)(3) non-profit organizations.
Applications and Application Instructions can be picked up at the City of Blythe, Office of the City Clerk, 235 N. Broadway, Blythe, CA 92225. Applications will be received at the City of Blythe, office of the City Clerk, 235 N. Broadway, Blythe, CA 92225 no later than 2:00PM on Friday, February 2, 2018.

On Monday, January 15, 2018 from 10:00 pm to 5:00 am the City of Blythe Public Works Department will make necessary repairs to the water distribution main lines. Businesses and Residents of the City may notice a reduction in the water pressure during and after this period of time until the system fully recovers.
Also, please be aware that upon reactivation of the water system you may experience some discolored water for a short period of time.
